He has subject matter expertise in cybersecurity, machine learning, data analytics, managed services, cloud, SaaS applications, and integrated business process outsourcing.  Mr. Arthur is responsible for developing key business partner relationships, and identifying and executing the sales strategy to close new customer contracts and task orders. Formerly a Managing Partner at Diversified Outlook Group, LLC for eleven years, Mr. Arthur has also held Vice President positions at Xerox Federal Systems, Sutherland Global, QOMPLX, and key senior leadership positions at Voyager Labs, and Oracle.
