James Rautner, Co-Founder and Executive Vice-President brings broad experience in startup, growth, and operations of R&D and new technology start-up ventures. He has extensive expertise in business operations, fiscal management, engineering team development, federal contracting, and project management. He currently holds a U.S. Government clearance, and actively supports SDSE’s current government contracts. Prior to SDSE, he was responsible for a government system integrator’s R&D new technologies innovation practice, was a business area manager for Oracle Corporation, Director of Corporate MIS for Network Solutions/VeriSign, and was a Division Manager at SAIC.
